Motor Low Hours, Maintained Annually per the manual OEM mercury oil used with high test and aces additive. Very Clean. Blue Billet Oil tank mount & Battery Box, Comes with Smartcraft Gauge. Runs 86-87 due to propeller setup, would easily run 90s with a higher pitch propeller, propeller was reused from previous 260 offshore and left of since we run on a small lake. Motor Will come with bill of sale and history of ownership. Im the second owner. Boat fires right up have not had any issues.
Hull- 40 years old running original transom and original gel. The boat has been good to us, but its recommended the boat is evaluated by a professionally for structural integrity. Has large aluminum bracing, and knee braces. Hydraulic and setback are factory and in good operational condition. We did test for soft spots in the transom around 4 years ago and filled with west systems epoxy. Bulkhead has some damage recently from previous owner discovered but has not caused us issues. There was some fiberglass work done by previous owner I the front left sponson not noticeable. Original interior shows its age. Gel is in fair condition was clear coated at one point most has been color sanded and removed. Has new windshield that would be provided has never been installed. Clear Title provided with sale
Trailer Was painted professionally 8 years back and new bunks were installed. Rust is starting to show through due to its age. Weve towed it distance without any issues, lights and wiring was also replaced 8 years ago with LEDs. Clear title provided with sale.

| This 18' wooden dory was constructed from plans by Jeff Spira, Spira International with the professional assistant from The Motor Boat Garage, Norwood, Ohio. The MBG specializes in restoration for Chris Craft, Century, Hacker and Lyman boats of all ages and ultra fine mahogany work. The hull is fiberglassed with two layer of 10 oz. cloth and painted with two coats of Fighting Lady Yellow epoxy paint. The mahogany deck and helm, constructed by MBG, has 10 coats of varnish to bring a fine durable finish. The entire interior of the boat was sealed with two coats of clear epoxy while the white cedar floors received three coats. The 40 hp 4 cycle Mercury was purchased new, 2021, was purchased and installed by Stokley's Marine of Lexington. The trailer has been repainted, rewired and setup specifically for this boat. New bearings & wheels, radial tires, bunks etc. make this setup to be a 100% new boat setup. The engine has less than 20 hours, serviced and winterized by Sea Ray of Cincinnati and includes a stainless prop plus the factory aluminum prop.
There is a 12 gallon fuel cell under the front helm seat and 72 qt Helm swingback seat by Moeller. All custom upholstery by Awad's of Bethel Ohio. Helm includes Garmin 7" GPS - Fishfinder, Ritchie permanent mount compass, 5 switch electric panel with USB and 12 v connects, Mercury Binnacle single lever mount engine controls. Ropes, fenders, anchor, life preservers. This is a lot more than a turn key package. I have shown the boat in several wooden shows in Huron, Ohio, Bellaire, MI and Georgetown, SC. It is definitely a head turner and received many compliments for style, finish and quality of work.

| 2001 Mckee Craft 172 Backwater center console boat with a 2000 Johnson 90hp V4 outboard. This boat is in Excellent condition for it's age and has been garage kept and it shows. It is perfect for either fishing or family recreational boating duties. The length is 17'2" with a 84" beam and it rides smooth and dry in choppy water. There are 6 onboard storage compartments which includes a helm seat cooler and 10 rocket launcher tube style rod holders with 4 additional bow handrail mounted rod holders for a total of 14 poles max. All of the upholstery cushions were just replaced new in 2023. The transom has a Panther adjustable motor mount that allows for up to a 25hp kicker motor but currently it has a 62# electric trolling motor with a telescoping handle that can be operated from the helm bench seat. There is a newer Lowrance Elite 4 Color GPS fishfinder mounted at the helm. The Johnson outboard runs perfect. It starts easily, idles quietly, shifts gears smooth, and accelerates strong. The engine maintenance is all up to date, I just changed the water pump impeller, gear oil, spark plugs, choke solenoid, and installed a new carburator kit which included gaskets, floats, needles, and seats for both carbs in October 2023. I also installed a new starter and new white face light up guages on the dash. it recieved new shift and throttle cables, a new throttle box, a new fuel line, and a new oil line in 10 - 2023. The trailer is a new 2022 Continental Aluminum I-beam adjustable A1830 model which was $3300 last year. It and has LED lights, a safety chain, guide on posts, carpeted bunks, and a spare tire. It tows smooth on the highway and less than 1000 miles on it since new. You don't need a full size truck to tow this rig, a medium sized SUV or minivan should pull it safely because it weighs only approximately 2000lbs. I have caught catfish, striper, crappie, and bass from this boat and I have also used it for pleasure cruising on the river. Mckee Craft boats are built to the same quality standards as Boston Whaler and the founder of the company was a prior Boston Whaler Employee.
